Queen City Compensation Consultants LLC (QCCC) is led by Susan Balsley. Susan is a licensed CPA (Inactive) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Susan began her career in Finance & Accounting roles including audit, risk management and corporate accounting and then transitioned into HR/Compensation/Rewards taking on responsibility for program/plan administration covering fixed and variable pay plans, stock plan administration, employee recognition, retirement plans and more. Susan has worked for 5 publicly traded companies in the Cincinnati, OH region and is a member of World at Work and the Greater Cincinnati Compensation & Benefits Association. Susan has 25 years experience in the corporate world and relies heavily on her past experiences to help her clients navigate the current environment in which they operate.
